If you wake up at 3:00 in the morning, still angry about something you saw on social media, and if, in the heat of the moment, you reach for your smart phone, take off the safety, and switch the setting to all caps, stop and ask yourself: W.W.J.T? (“What would Jesus tweet?”) And then either tweet that, or tweet nothing at all. Because the world doesn’t need your anger: it needs Christ’s love, perhaps now more than ever.
