If we Christians don’t acknowledge our damaged reputation in our culture, we won’t be able to lament the brokenness it has caused.

If we Christians don’t lament the brokenness it has caused, we won’t be able to confess the sins that led to such brokenness.

If we Christians don’t confess the sins that led to such brokenness, we won’t be able to repent from them.

If we Christians don’t repent from the sins that led to such brokenness, we won’t be able to be part of God’s work in healing the brokenness.

If we Christians don’t take part in God’s work of healing the brokenness, we have no hope in restoring our reputation in our culture.
