Has it happened yet? Has the music of your skill and practice unlocked the music of your heart? We’ve all had moments when the music of our heart has seeped out and been a part of a performance. But have you been able to access that music and use it in praise and worship of God?

Anything less is handing God part of what we have gathered up. It stops short of offering God all we are. For some, that depth of heart may be foreign territory. Busy lives don’t visit down there as a matter of course. Things that are buried down there are buried for a reason.

Yet, the fact remains that we cannot open the door for the music of the heart to be released without risking the escape of other things compressed into that deep and out of the way place.

God wants it all. God deserves it all. God has made provision for it all.
